First of all, we must be familiar with drawings and equipment construction, understand the relationship between equipment components, parts or assemblies, and check the size and fit accuracy of parts.
First assemble the assemblies, then assemble the parts, and finally the total assembly. Every time a part is assembled, the part should be cleaned and coated with lubricating oil (grease), and its quality and cleanliness should be checked to ensure the quality of assembly.
After the total assembly, the equipment shall be put into trial operation, and the problems found in the trial operation shall be adjusted and dealt with in time.
Finally, the equipment is protected by anti-corrosion and painting.
